Summary
Sheriff Woody Pride a talking toy doll a fictional character from Toy Story. Woody is an old-fashioned floppy pullstring cowboy doll. The voice-box that is activated by the pullstring says many simple phrases such as "ye har ride them cowboy, this town ain't big enough for the two of us". Woody has a cream coloured plastic head with brown hair and brown eyes . A red neckerchief with white spots, orange and red check shirt with a black and white waistcoat sporting a large gold sheriff badge and plastic hands. Blue denim trousers, a brown plastic belt with gun holster and brown plastic cowboy boots.
Provenance
A gift to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Lisa Paterson in 2016. Woody belonged to Dylan aged 6 years and he had him on his 4th birthday. Woody was purchased on-line from the Disney store in 2003.
