Summary
A David Nixon Magic trick showing the growing number of Aces (diamond shapes)' part of A David Nixon Junior MAGIC BOX . The box contains specially selected magic tricks by David Nixon (1919-1978) the famous Radio and Television Star. This trick consist of two cards joined together with a piece of cord one painted black with 5 diamond shaped holes the other painted black and white with the words MUST NOT BE COPIED AN EXCLUSIVE M.S.C. PRODUCT. To perform the trick hold the top card in your left hand with the 5 holes in showing 1 diamond (ace), slide the bottom card down revealing all 5 diamonds (aces).
Provenance
A gift to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Mike Nixon in 2016. The Magic box was owned by the donor and his brother.
