Summary
A cardboard box base and plastic insert part of a Waddingtons card game, the insert contains 54 playing cards
Provenance
A gift to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Christine Foreman in 2016. Waddingtons originally produced the game of Sum-It in 1956 when it used the old currency of pounds , shillings and pence. This version was brought out as an aid to learning the new decimal currency which was launched in Britain in 1970.
