Summary
A fabric doll, with her original label and original box. The doll represents Princess Elizabeth, daughter of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, when aged about 12 years old.
Provenance
Donated to the National Trust Museum of Childhood in 2018 by Barbara Perkes and her sister. Along with the other doll, 671990.2, it was given to the donors in 1938 by their parents, who had been in England for the coronation of George VI and bought the dolls when travelling in Scotland.
