Summary
A plastic doll made by the British National Doll Company. She has a plastic head with dark brown hair with a fringe, styled into two plaits which hang down to her waist. She has two glass blue eyes which open and close with long black eyelashes, a small nose, red painted lips and a rosy blush on both cheeks. She has plastic limbs that are jointed at the hips and shoulders allowing the head, arms and legs movement. Can sit by herself without assistance. She has a removable 'mama 'grille at the back of her body. She wears a white with pink spotted bonnet with a red ribbon tie under her chin. A white and pink spotted frock with red ribbon bows, a white petticoat and white knickers. On her feet she has white socks and red plastic shoes. On her back is written PAT. PENDING "B N D" which relates to the "British National Doll Company" (1930 to1960).
