Summary
A school requisition book with a brown paper binding, stapled at the left edge with three rusty staples. Printed on the front cover is the title in black ink. Under the name of the education committee are three lines, one long, two short. On the inside left page are two handwritten addresses for EJ Arnold and Son and Midland Educational Co in blue ink. Below are printed rules about ordering various items. The book contains handwritten orders for various items of school equipment between 1963 and 1964. There are fifty pages.
