Summary
A red leather bound school register book with a label on the front cover indicating it is a Library Register from the Unitarian Sunday School in Belper. The inner covers, front and back, and the fly leaf are in brown and blue marbled paper. The book has seventy nine pages, including the fly leaves. The left-hand pages are lined for names, the right-hand pages are in columns. The early entries begin in 1858 and end in 1865. In a different hand, entries follow in 1910 until 1918.
Provenance
Donated to Derbyshire Museums Service by Rev. D. Smith in August 1981 and transferred from John Turner House to the Museum of Childhood by Miss Jan Gough in July 1991.
