Summary
The metal coin found in the trouser pocket of a Second World War military uniform, possibly belonging to a major. The coin is yellow in colour and straight at the edges. Embossed on the front is 'Three Pence, 1944' and an illustration of three flowers with long stalks. The back has an embossed engraving of George VI and Latin writing.
