Summary
A wooden chair for a doll, painted brown, with a circular seat. The back of the chair consists of four 'spokes' which end in a thick bar at the top. The cross-bars in the legs are held in place with small nails. On the seat is a cushion covered in cotton needlecord, held in place by ribbon ties at the back. The needlecord fabric is mainly green, with orange and purple in a 'psychedelic' design, and the ribbon ties are green.
Provenance
Loaned to the Museum of Childhood by the Betty Cadbury Trust Sudbury in May 1994.
