Summary
A baby walker made by Chiltern Toys, England (probably 1930s). The frame of walker is made of red painted metal with black plastic wheels. On the frame, adding the weight to the walker, is a soft toy elephant made of grey artificial fur with amber coloured plastic eyes and wearing a matching saddle and 'hat' made of green felt with pink and white embroidery around the edges and the hat has a brass coloured bell at the front.
