Summary
A doll's school satchel purchased from Hamley's in London as a Christmas present in 1957. The satchel is made of brown canvas-like material lined with plastic. As well as the main pocket of the bag, there is also a smaller front pocket and the flap closes with a metal buckle on the front of the bag. The bag also has a long shoulder strap which can be adjusted in length with a metal buckle.
