Summary
A 'Bart' toy, one of a set of eight moulded plastic 'The Simpsons' figures from the popular television show of the same name. 'Bart' has moveable arm, waist, leg and neck joints with holes in his head and feet to attach accessories. He is painted as his 'on-screen' outfit as 'Bartman' is depicted, with purple mask, blue t-shirt, blue shorts, white socks and blue shoes. Part of a set with seperate accessories including a removable cape and skateboard.
Provenance
Collected by the donor’s children and given to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Mrs Sue Fraser in August 2012.
