Summary
A 'Homer' in a car toy, one of a set of eight moulded plastic 'The Simpsons' figures from the popular television show of the same name. 'Homer' has a moveable head, and is moulded as part of the car itself. The blue painted car has catchphrases from the television show painted on each side, and printed on a sticker on the bumper. The car has moveable wheels, with 'Rev'n'Go' technology, meaning when you pull the car backwards, and let go it powers itself.
Provenance
Collected by the donor’s children and given to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by Mrs Sue Fraser in August 2012.
