One of five grey shapes, possibly designed to be weights for the scales, or to be hanging items such as meat in various sizes and shapes. The item is pear shaped and has a metal ring at the top.
Provenance
Given to the donor’s mother, possibly bought from Harrods, and donated to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by the Venerable Chris Hawthorn in April 2012.
