Summary
One of eight moulded and painted joints of meat for hanging in the butcher's side of a pair of model shops. This is a shoulder cut, with rib detailing on one side. The paint is badly cracked all over and the metal hook is missing.
Provenance
Given to the donor’s mother, possibly bought from Harrods, and donated to the National Trust Museum of Childhood by the Venerable Chris Hawthorn in April 2012.
