Summary
A 'Sindy' chestnut toy horse with moulded plastic body and features, and rooted nylon mane and tail. It is complete with bridle, reins, numnah, saddle and stirrups. There are some scuff marks on the hindquarters and legs, and the bridle appears to have been mended with orange string around the mouth area.
Provenance
Bought for the donor's daughters in the 1970s and 1980s, and donated to the Museum of Childhood by Mrs Jenny Darby in February 2012.
