Summary
A purple and red spotted fabric doll's top with pleats down the front and two pairs of popper fastenings at the back. It is part of a matching set, bought by the donor as an accessory for 'Sindy' dolls. The popper fastenings are secured with a different colour thread, suggesting they may have been stiched back on, or replaced enitrely by owner.
Provenance
Bought for the donor's daughters in the 1970s and 1980s, and donated to the Museum of Childhood by Mrs Jenny Darby in February 2012.
