Summary
Six certificates issued by The Royal Drawing Society to Kathleen Moira Wilson a pupil at Miss Fergusson's Studio in Barrow-in-Furness between 1922 and 1925. The certificates have two different designs - four of them show, on the right-hand side, two women looking at a sketch and, on the left-hand side, a young man and a young boy sketching. The artist's name 'Helen S. Kuck' appears in the bottom left-hand corner. The remaining two certificates show a man selecting a pencil or brush from a vase on the right-hand side. Above him and to the left-hand side are women, one on the far left holding a pencil and a sketch pad. The artist's name 'E.W. Lunn' appears in the bottom right-hand corner. At the bottom of each certificate is the address of the Royal Drawing Society '18 Queen Anne's Gate Westminster SW'. On the earliest certificate the address is 50 not 18 Queen Anne's Gate. On the reverse of each is a list of the subjects for the drawing examinations. Total number of items is 6.
