Summary
A brown glazed ceramic ink bottle and cork, made by Joseph Bourne & Son Ltd of Denby, Derbyshire, possibly between 1850 and 1950. The paper label on the bottle is printed in red, black and white and reads 'Stephens' Scarlet Writing Fluid' but this dates from the 1950s, as presumably did the ink it original contained. The cork in the top of the bottle has broken off so that it is almost flush with the top of the bottle neck. The bottle contains ink. Total number of items is 2.
