Summary
A cream sheet of cream paper folded in half on which a letter is handwritten in ink from S. Butler to a Mrs. Grice. The letter is dated April 10th, 1829. The letter concerns her son. On the reverse of the folded sheet of paper is a black seal, a date stamp and the address as follows 'Mrs Grice, Handsworth Hall, Birmingham'. There is a typed transcript on a small piece of card which accompanies this letter.
