Summary
A boxed game, 'Mappa-Mundi', which has as its basis a colour-printed jigsaw puzzle depicting a map of the World. The object of the game is to score points by correctly labelling sixty capital cities. The capital names are printed on coloured labels (red, blue, green and white), which fit into the puzzle when small oval shapes have been removed (twenty have been discarded, as instructed by the rules of the game). Also included in the box are an identical map of the World printed in black on white paper, the coloured sheets of card from which the labels have been removed, and an envelope containing the labels. The lid of the box bears the title 'Waddington's Mappa-Mundi 'Map Of The Earth' The New Travel Game, Exciting, Educating and Fascinating'. Around the sides are faces of people from many countries. There is a hole in the base of the box. Total number of items is 379.
