Summary
A pink felt doll with painted facial features and pink felt rose bud mouth. She has rough bright orange hair with a fabric roller across the front of her head. On her head is a folded cream linen headscarf edged with red stitching. She wears a cream cotton long sleeved blouse with lace at the neckline and cuffs. Over this is a black silk shawl with cut out yellow flowers stuck to it. She has coiled gold earrings and a gold chain link necklace with a gold embossed pendant. Her full circular green felt skirt has three bands of braid at the hem, two in gold, one in red, white and green. Her short black silk apron is edged with gold ric rac braid with two green sequins. On her right hand she holds an embroidered square of cream linen. Her legs, which are bent into a sitting position, are encased in red wool stockings embroidered in green, blue and yellow. Her shoes are of black felt edged with gold ric rac braid. Beneath her dress is a stiff white linen petticoat and drawers, both edged in stiff white lace.
