Summary
A stained and polished oak desk with a cast iron frame painted black. It is for two small children. The seat hinges upward for the children to get in and out. The top is fixed and has one inkwell hole in the middle near the front, with a groove running from it to both sides for chalks and pencils, and a grid of squares, ten wide and eight high, cut into each side. There is a slot at each side for slates. There is a fixed shelf below the top, a vertical front board, and a footboard.
