Summary
A lead model soldier with painted facial features and a painted uniform, wearing a red jacket with a cross belt in white, a kilt with a green tartan and a black and white sporran, red and white knee length stockings and black shoes. The headwear indicates a Scottish regiment in the Household Division. The figure is shown running, rifle at the hip. The left foot is mounted on a rectangular green painted plate which has an inscription on the underside.
