Summary
A peg doll made from a wooden clothes peg with a pipe cleaner forming her arms. Her hair is made from black wool, styled in long plaits, her eyes are drawn on in black ink, and her mouth in red. She is wearing a long, stiff, silk skirt, striped in bright pink, green, red, orange and black, a white felt blouse, and a bright pink felt shawl crossed over at the front. She also has a black felt apron and an orange felt headscarf. In her right hand she has a straw basket containing several 'flowers' made from tiny rolls of yellow, bright pink and lilac felt. At each side of her head is a silver-coloured sequin to represent earrings. There seems to be a lot of glue on her skirt and left plait, which makes her look slightly dirty.
