Summary
A game (maze puzzle) entitled 'Pigs In Clover' in its original box. The game consists of a round wooden box with a separate inlay decorated lid and is made from an unvarnished light coloured wood which has a heavy grain running though it. The base has carved out channels which form a maze pattern and inside are three small wooden balls; the aim being to manoeuvre the balls into the centre by tilting the maze from side to side. The round lid has an inlayed circle in lighter coloured wood in the centre. The original box is square in shape and has a separate lid with black text reading 'Pigs In Clover, International Series. Puzzle, H. P. Gibson & Sons, Ltd. London E.C.1.'. A black illustration of the puzzle appears in the centre. Also included is a single folded sheet of paper with brown printed text and illustrations advertising different games which made by Gibson's. Total number of items is 8.
