Summary
A set of colour-printed posters ' Macmillan's History Class Pictures', held in a green paper folder inside a cardboard portfolio. The portfolio is covered in dark red paper with two white paper labels. The larger label has printed on it 'Macmillan's History Class Pictures, Introductory Set, Prehistoric man To King Harold Of England', along with a list of the posters. The smaller label, which is also stuck on the green folder, reads 'History Class pictures, Introductory Set Plates 1-60, Copyright Macmillan & Co Led, Printed in Great Britain'. The posters each have their number and title printed in black, and 'Macmillan's History Pictures Introductory Set' and 'Copyright Macmillan & Co. Ltd.' at the lower edge. The posters are quite stained and dirty, and the portfolio is very dirty, stained and torn. Total number of items is 62.
