A wooden push-along trolley for a child (mid to late 20th century). It has a square plywood tray which may have contained building blocks. It has four black plastic wheels. It has two solid wooden uprights which form the handle and a red stained cross bar (which is also the handle part). The handle is fixed to the side of the tray by two bolts on either side.
