Summary
Possibly a dress for a doll's house size doll (from 'Bella Vista' doll's house - inventory number 661761). It consists of a tube of white lace with armholes which are edged with red thread, and a length of red thread sewn around the tube just above them. Tucked into the lace below the 'armholes' is a small pink fabric flower with green paper leaves and stem.
