Summary
Possibly a girdle for a doll's house size doll (from 'Bella Vista' doll's house - inventory number 661761), consisting of a tube made from putting a seam in a short length of pink ribbon which has elastic woven into the middle. The rubber in the elastic has perished, and the stitching of the seam is coming loose.
