Summary
A doll's house metal standard lamp and plastic shade. A short piece of green cord-covered fine wire is broken and protruding from the circular metal base. The glass electric light bulb is broken leaving the filament protruding. The top of the lamp has a metal bracket which is broken and possibly held the vertically-ridged, cream plastic shade. Total number of items is 2.
Provenance
Donated to the Museum of Childhood by Mrs Nina Hooley in 1976. Part of the contents of a large doll's house (catalogued as 661760) given to the donor in 1919, when she was 6 years old.
