Summary
A cap for a small child (circa 1915 to circa 1930). It is knitted in moss stitch, in alternating panels of yellow mercerised cotton and fluffy white yarn. These panels are vertical, ending in points at the crown of the head. At each side is a triangular flap worked in the fluffy yarn, the protruding point of which is caught to the side of the cap slightly higher up. A few of the threads have been pulled, but only one is beginning to form a small hole.
