Summary
Two photocopies of an autobiography of Mary Poulson, a headmistress. Judging from the numbers at the bottom of the pages, this comes from a larger document. One copy is a straightforward photocopy, the other has a rectangular piece cut out of the top left-hand corner and bottom right-hand corner and the pages have been folded and pasted together to form a small home-made pamphlet. Mary Poulson did her training before WW2. She describes teaching at Bolton Infants School during the war and the problems involved with the lack of resources. In 1948, she was examined for National Nursery Nurses Examination Board and she describes her work. She resigned from examining in 1960. Total number of items is 2.
