Summary
A set of doll's house furniture is made of varnished wood (contents of Mrs Harvey's doll's house, inventory number - 665940).There is a bed, two dressing tables, a stool, a candlestick, two wooden bookends, four books and a soap dish. The single bed has a foam mattress stuck to the base and a length of lace is glued to the sides. One dressing table has a swing mirror and two fake cupboards with wooden handles. The mirror is in a poor condition. The other dressing table has a mirror glued to the back of the table and two drawers with pin handles, one of which is missing. The stool has four legs and the top is covered in grey velvet with a cord trim. The pressed metal gold coloured candlestick has a ring handle one side and a single candleholder set in a round base. There are two wooden bookends. The four books have covers of paper and bookcloth. The red covered books have their pages alphabetically numbered and some writing in ink. The china oblong soapdish has a pink lustre edge and a ribbed base. Total number of items is 8.
