Summary
A large collar, made largely of net with a decorated cotton bud pattern, which is repeated in the one broad strip of pierced work, which follows the line of the neck, over the shoulder, then down and across the 'V' at the centre. The sides of this strip has an extra layer of net attached at the sides, and the whole has a scalloped outer edge, which is repeated on the 'V' at the front.
