Summary
A child's white cotton petticoat with feather stitch and broderie anglaise around the neck and armholes. There is an opening at the back fastened with a pair of cotton tapes, one of which is missing, and a mother-of-pearl type button. This opening is trimmed with feather stitch. There are two pintucks round the hem.
