Summary
A rectangular piece of cream flannel material. One long edge is raw. The two sides, which are slightly shaped, and the other long edge are blanket stitched and looped in shiny cream coloured silks. On the long stitched edge are attached, by stitching through the centres, three narrow strips of cream coloured tape.
