Summary
A twin-padded bustle or headdress for a child. The two oval shaped pads are of black fabric stuffed with horsehair. These are fastened, leaving a gap between them, to a piece of wire which is padded and covered with brown velvet. This frame extends beyond the pads on both ends. A piece of tape is fastened to each end of the frame. The black fabric appears to be stained with mould.
