Summary
A child's blue crocheted bonnet made from a lustre thread known as 'Peri Lusta' (circa 1910 to circa 1930). The bonnet is worked from the centre into six triangular panels, edged with three panels divided by an open stitched pattern, and finished off with a white woollen row of stitching. At either side of the front is a faded blue ribbon rosette. One half of the press stud is sewn to the front edge of the bonnet.
