Summary
A wooden box containing twelve printed religious and moral poems. Each poem is printed on a piece of cardboard and has a colour printed illustration. The box has a slide off lid which has a colour printed illustration of a girl carrying a sheaf of corn on her head. She is wearing a dress with a blue bodice and a red skirt. In the background is a building amongst trees and on the girl's left is a shrub and other foliage. Above this illustration is printed 'The Infant's Poetical Cabinet'. Beneath the illustration is a verse of four lines and, beneath this, the names of the publisher and printer. The box base is reinforced with bits of Sellotape. Total number of items is 14.
