Summary
A square black cardboard box for a construction kit. It has a removable lid. A colour printed label is stuck on the lid. The label shows a clock with a painted face, attached to a wooden box housing the mechanism. Above the clock face is a picture of a Cossack in a green jacket and red boots riding a grey horse flying through blue starlit background. There is a brown weight suspended on a chain and a pendulum. There are illustrations of the cogs, chains and other working parts on the right-hand side of the label. Inside the box is a printed instruction book entitled 'The Young Clockmaker' which is missing its back cover. There is also a pendulum comprising a metal length of wire with a hook at one end. At the other end is a dark blue plastic disc with a hole in the middle. The wire is threaded through the disc vertically. Total number of items is 4.
