Summary
A letter on black-edged notepaper, in a black-edged envelope, from T. Henry Freer to a Mr. Broom. The letter, dated 2nd January 1897, expresses Mr. Freer's good wishes on Mr. Broom's move to Scarborough. The envelope is postmarked Sudbury, Jan 2, and is addressed to 'Mr. Broom' c/o Henry Darley Esqre, The Crescent, Scarborough. In the folded letter is a pressed leaf, possibly ivy.
