Summary
A four poster doll's bed made of wood with webbing and string support for the padding. The top of the four poster is detached and could fit on the locating pins at the top of the posts. The posts are fluted with brass coloured rings at the top. The legs of the bed have gold painted ball feet. The head of the bed has a middle hump and is broken, has been mended, but has a bit missing. The underside of bed has carved numerals, possibly carpenters marks. The bed linen consists of a padded mattress covered in cream fabric; an eiderdown, a bolster and a pillow covered in dark grey and white narrow striped ticking; and a valance, a sheet and a pillow case in cream fabric which have been cut out and pinned. In a cellophane bag is a sheet and pillowcase in cream coloured fabric. Total number of items is 11.
