Summary
A plastic model soldier. He is a drum major in a marching band, possibly the Argyll and Sutherland regiment. He is wearing a red bearskin on his head, a red tunic with a green and red cape over one shoulder, a green and red kilt and red socks with black and white shoes. He holds a red staff in his left gauntleted hand. He is mounted on a green painted base with a red underside.
