Summary
A black cardboard box with a coloured paper label on top of the lid. The label carries the name Meccano, accessory outfit and a coloured picture showing two boys assembling a full size vehicle, with a racing circuit in the background of the picture. The box is severely damaged and contains, in a segmented tray, the various wheels axles and varied length sheet `girders' for building a vehicle. It may well contain Meccano pieces that were not part of this outfit, when it was purchased. Attempts have been made to repair the box with plastic tape. Total number of items is 214.
