Summary
A set of bedding for a doll's bed or cradle, comprising a mattress, an undersheet, sheets, a pillow and a nightdress case. The mattress, pillow and undersheet are made of white and turquoise striped cotton ticking, each shaped as an elongated 'weetabix'. The mattress is stuffed with an unknown material. There are two white cotton sheets, one just hemmed, the other with a crochet edging along one side. The pillowcase is made of the same fabric, edged all round with the same crocheted frill. The nightdress case consists of a rectangular envelope with a full-sized flap edged all round with a narrow crocheted frill. The word 'Dolly' is embroidered in red cross-stitch in the centre of the flap, and there is more red embroidery as a border. Total number of items is 7.
