Summary

A typed letter on cream paper from Agnes R. Cleveland Secretary of The Birmingham Citizen's Society to Mr. Wiggall of 10 Ward End Park Rd., Birmingham. The subject of the letter regards the offer of financial assistance to Mr. Wiggall, father of Sgt. Wiggall, missing in action. The letter is dated 18th August 1941.
