A single sheet typed letter from the Air Commodore Air Officer i/c Records, RAF, Gloucester to Mr. Wiggall, 10 Ward End Park Road, Ward End, Birmingham, dated 27th July, 1941. It informs Mr. Wiggall his son No 646231, Sergeant James Ernest Wiggall of No 144 Squadron is missing after an operational flight. It is signed by someone on behalf of the Air Commodore. Written on the reverse, in black ink, is 'Repulse Prince Wales'.
