Summary
Two colour prints printed on a single sheet of paper. They are entitled 'Ploughing and Sowing on a British Farm'. On the left half is a boy with his back to the spectator, wearing a white shirt and grey shorts, standing behind a farmer driving a tractor pulling a plough producing deep furrows. The artist's signature (Mac Tatchell) appears in the bottom right-hand corner. On the right-hand side are two horses pulling a plough between them. Birds swoop low trying to forage the seeds being sown. The artist's signature appears in the top left-hand corner.
