Summary
A baby's white cotton first shirt made from a single piece of material which overlaps at the back (or the front). When folded like this, there is an armhole at the top of each side edged with lace. Approximately 40mm from each side of each armhole the garment is slit to the depth of each armhole. This split is edged in the same lace. The fabric on the other side of the split is curved to form flaps on the front and back of the garment. All of the untrimmed edges have a tiny hem.
